The Far Shore.

A new one, just started — half Minecraft, half real homework. We built them a custom world and a story: their family fled a loud, bright place and has to build a ship to find a new home. The catch — the mission inside the game sends them out into the real world first. Each kid has to chart their own grandmother's hometown in Vietnam, then call and interview her, before the story continues.
